[SI-LIST] Re: Linpar comment

Hi Michael

If Linpar produces s-parameters, and Multlin uses input as RLCG parameters,
how do you connect this with Multlin?  (I just found Multlin at Artech,
having not previously heard of it.  However, there was no readme file.)
