Hao,

we use Sigrity's Broad Band Spice to convert Touchstone Files (TSF) with 
up to 100 ports into Spice files. With a special 3D FDTD Solver the TSFs 
are generated and special techniques allow to concentrate with small 
Spice files on the critical transmission lines of - in our case 94 port 
- Chip Package, running at 77GHz.
