Chris:

Can you provide some details on the "free or low cost vector fitting
tool" for S parameter modelling in Hspice ? I guess you are refering to
something similar to Sigrity broadband spice which was brought to my
attention by Scott a few years ago on the SI list, but that tool is
probably not low cost. I'm interested to know any other alternatives.
