What you want to do is to use a FET Switch AKA bus switch. 

You can look at IDT web site www.idt.com[1] they purchased Quick Switch a
company that used to have very fast FET switches. An example is
IDT74CBTLV16210. 

Also try TI, likr the SN74CBTLV3857 

Philips offer a very hast mux/switch for DDR SDRAM application but it might
be suitable for you as well it is the CBTV4010 

Please note that they are all under the CBTV or CBTVL families.

MUX that can be use for 100M Ethernet! On my board, I have 12 port Ethernets
and I want select any two Ethernets to two socket. The function is like a
MUX(analog siwtch) through external setup. There are some generic MUXs, but
Iworry they may not works, because Ethernet signal is high speed
differentialsignal. Hope get your help!
