Dear Peter Zhu What you want to do is to use a FET Switch AKA bus switch. You can look at IDT web site www.idt.com[1] they purchased Quick Switch a company that used to have very fast FET switches. An example is IDT74CBTLV16210. Also try TI, likr the SN74CBTLV3857 Philips offer a very hast mux/switch for DDR SDRAM application but it might be suitable for you as well it is the CBTV4010 Please note that they are all under the CBTV or CBTVL families.
