Obviously, fixing the chamber is the best solution to the measurement problem. Disconnect everything from the chamber and power down all devices used, and you or your EMC test personnel should be able to quickly figure out where and why it is leaking. There are techniques for measuring signals in the amient too, often used on the Open Area Test Sites. The simplest is to look at the signal with small span and lowered resolution BW. If you lower the BW down from the required 120 kHz, you should be able to distinguish between the emission from your DUT and the ambient. Turning the DUT on and off may help. If you are lucky, and the DUT emission doesn't change with the change of the BW, that means the signal is narrowband and you can take the measurement with the lowered BW.
