Also, I have found a fantastic reference source to be
www.itpapers.com Many times the white papers you will find are somewhat
self-serving but I always locate a paper regarding my specific interest,
typically PCB design or PCB / SI interaction.
Generally the best collection I have seen this side of the IEEE archive.
