I'd say the primary limitation for your application is the size and the
voltage combined.
If you can relax the size constraint to 0805 instead, you will have more
luck finding a capacitor of this range.

Greetings all,
I am trying to look for a capacitor vendor that can produce the
following SMD:
MLCC 0603 X7R 10nF 200 V
Can anybody point me in the right direction? It seems that I'm asking
for too much given the case size limitation along with the
high-capacitance value and high voltage rating. Does this component
exist? If so, where can I get it from?
