HI Anshu,

By board capacitance if you mean the trace capacitance then the
approximation figures are 2-3pF/inch.
Regarding the socket, the capacitance figures can be obtained from the
socket manufactures or an Package simulation model provided by the
manufacturer.  You can still look for an equivalent circuit model of the
socket to have some ideas.
