Are you asking how to measure the skew between two asynchronous or
synchronous clocks of the same frequency on a FPGA/ASIC ? The problem
with many questions that come across this list is they need to be better
described. Measured is a relative term. To what degree measured?

Hi, guys

Do you know how to measure two clock signal's skew by using some on-
chip method? Such as circuit and so on? If not, how could we do it 
offchip? need two pin and two same-length wires or...?
