Well, there is that same level of amazement from the judges from other
breeds who attend our judges' seminar and observe our judging regarding
double handling. One poor lady tried to ask about that in this year's
seminar and Ginny cut her off.
Doubling is NOT against AKC rules....NOT. It is under the heading of
"judges discretion/guidlines. People think it is an AKC reg because of the
heat we
can take from AKC reps. HOWEVER IT IS UP TO THE JUDGE TO MAKE THE CALL.
As long as it is not disruptive to another dog, and done SUBTLEY most
intelligent judges don't have a real problem with it.
