sale to a renter,why not?there are alot of people who
rent because they dont want the hassels of what comes
with owning a house(like taxes,repairs and so on).i
agree with kris it should be about character...here an
idea, how about a credit report. you can tell alot
from a person credit.....thats how the insurance
companys figure what your rates are going to be...they
say if you have bad credit then you are
irresponsible...they found out that more people with
bad credit have bad driving records....i guess you can
look at it that way when selling or placing a dog in a
good home.....
