NEVER have had any kind of reaction........EVER. Never had one fail, and
never ever
had Parvo .....until.............ONLY time we ever had a problem is when we
leased a bitch to
breed and the entire litter had Parvo at 6 weeks!!
Turned out the Dam had NO immunity and had been vaccinated all her life with
Progard.
Our Vet uses Ft. Dodge, recommends Ft. Dodge and that is what we use. That
being said,
I understand that Ft. Dodge has been bought out by Pfizer anyway........<G>

OK - in this part of the country we absolutely DO NOT use Ft. Dodge vaxes -
here have been too many horror stories about them and people losing their
dogs
nd etc. I used Progard 5 with my puppies.

Joyce.....I use the Fort Dodge vaccines when I can get them. With these last
wo litters I had to use Vanguard. I gave a Vanguard 5 at six weeks and nine
eeks and then a Vanguard5L at twelve weeks and sixteen weeks. I use Strongid
T
o worm and I start at three weeks and worm them every twelve days. I usually
do
t at least three times. No Leptospirosis until twelve weeks. Puppies can have
n allergic reaction to the shot with Lepto. HTH.
