Hi Sally
Speaking for ourselves, stud fee is rendered at the time of service. The
dog has done his "thing" and payment is expected at that time. Of course, if
there is some sort of puppy back agreement instead, then the contract for said
puppy is rendered at the time of service and in lieu of it. Our guarantee
is a min litter of two live viable puppies at weaning, or the bitch owner
gets a re-breed to same or different bitch.
