That is where the old saying comes into affect...
"Possession is nine-tenths of the law is an expression meaning
that ownership is easier to maintain if one has possession of something,
or difficult to enforce."
It is very sad when this becomes a issue but things do happen in people
lives that change them and never know the what the outcome will be.
