I think I mis-read the first post. My idea was that each club should
designate a person to be the"PC" person, a person who has at least one board
member,
and hopefully more than one, who will give current information regarding
the PC back to the clubs. (Or at least one person from the region of the
regional clubs....areas like So Ca with,what 9 or more clubs) I don't think
anything as formal as a delegate, but somebody that is in contact, email,
phone,
etc., with a PC Board member to relay items of interest back to the club.
Much
happens between board meetings and then the Board members would have feedback
(other than this list) from the regional clubs.
Just an idea
