Kathy, thanks for pointing out some things I did not consider, and as usual,
I've learned someting. :)
It's more than obvious that the GSDCA has supported the "program" for a long
time now, so it would not be that difficult to do if current and former WDA
members would support and help do this.
If Dan Yee and the board are the biggest reason for this disconnect with the
GSDCA, then hopefully the WDA membership would embrace helping and supporting a
program that was run more fairly regarding membership, finances and overall
governing of the club.
It will be interesting to see what will transpire.
I would really like someone to post how our "seat" and "vote" in the World
Union is truly represented. I received a private email from a board member
that informed me that we have two seats. I do not think that is correct, I
think currently we "share" our vote with USA and both GSDCA/WDA and USA count
as 1 vote. I know there are knowledgeable people on this list that could truly
clarify and explain this process so everyone can make an informed opinion
regarding this entire situation.
