We all may not like things as they are today, however, I can only imagine the despair, pain and anxiety those less fortunate feel tonight. This has been heavy on my mind for the past few days. We are planning to hit the road on Friday for the trip to Reno. For some reason I keep thinking we should stay home, and yet I can't see how that helps the victims of the terrible thing that happened. It is hard to complain about judging, or puppy problems. It seems trivial to worry about the location of the national, or what it takes to judge a Futurity. We all need to understand the problems of the world, and how small our personal issues can be. Life does go on, but we must remember how fortunate we are today, and how we might help those who do not have the ability to travel to a dog show, or even a chance to take a shower, or eat a warm meal. We will be thinking of them for a long time to come, and doing what we can to help.
