I can. GA for instance requires a STATE license for more than one litter.
Paulding county GA requires you to have FOUR ACRES before they will ALLOW
you
to have ONE litter. Doesn't matter what size of dog either.
You actually made MY point Ginger. The GA law would kick in and be
enforced before the PAWS legislation ever became an issue.
