California is also approx. 860 miles long (from Yontocket near the Oregon border
to San Diego near the Mexican border). On the east coast that would be approx.
from Portland,ME to the Outer Banks of NC. I don't have the membership count in
front of me but, I think the membership numbers on that section of the best, I
mean the east coast might exceed those of Califonia membership.
I'll hold on tight who the response. :)
