The accused is allowed a statement, and then asked questions. The accuser can
also ask
questions. This is all done in closed session. Talking about what happens in
closed sessions can
lead to disciplinary actions
Then after all evidence is given, the accused and the accuser and legal council
leave the jury
room metaphorically if done on a phone and physically if this is done at a
Board meeting.
Then like in a jury trial, the jurors review the evidence, and vote to acquit
or not, if not then a
penalty phase begins
Evan, when was the last time, lawyers and defendents etc were in a jury room?
The forman of this "jury" then tells the results to the accused and the accuser.
