According to our BY Laws, nobody has the right to know what happens at these
complaint
resolutions - so NO
Helen's NOT judging the National was never in question.
The Members vote on judges.
The AKC approved her to judge.
Since this was never discussed, I can safely say HELEN will be the BOB Judge.
Our By Laws are specific about handling complaints between members and even
between clubs.
More often then not, these complaints are resolved quietly with nobody's
reputation being placed
in question
It is done quietly and privately.
Anyone can bring a complaint and occassionally, the complaints are unfounded.
And the results of these complaints are sealed and everyone associated with
them is expected not
to discuss it as per the By Laws. I sent these to the list earlier today. That
means Evan is
expected not to speak.
