Gee, in California you just hand the dishonored check over to the DA's
office.
You get 3 times the face value of the check.

To all Regional Clubs....
How have you dealt with handlers that bounce a check on your club,
and say they will pay? I have one outstanding since the beginning of
February.
The handler keeps telling me he/she will pay us. Almost 2 months have gone
by and still no check.
Looking for an answer.
I don't want to mention names, but if We do not receive the check for
$44.50, I just may have to mention to protect other clubs from this
happening
to them.
