I would be interested in knowing if the owner uses liquid Ivermectin for HW 
prevention or a pill?  And, any antibiotics given while in season?

Yep, the one bitch I am talking about started out with 7 puppies  
maybe more) shown on the ultrasound. Then she just stopped growing.    
wner took her in to the repro vet who did the ultra sound...another  
ne done and it showed four being reabsorbed and three remaining.  At  
helping, one was born dead, two alive but one failed on the second  
ay leaving one very robust puppy.  Because the owner wanted to try  
gain (she previously had had 7 healthy pups)  the bitch was tested  
or mycoplasma, thyroid, total blood work, the works and everything  
ame back normal!!!  No explanation about the reabsorption.
