Lisa Urban Rubbing will stimulate circulation, but he needs external heat to warm him up slowly, such as an overhead light bulb. He does not need to nurse at this point, he needs to be warmed. Put him next to mom in the middle of the pack, and perhaps lower the heat lamp (if that is what you are using). They cannot digest food when they are chilled.
