I did go and look up when both were started...the first year according to the
P& P manual was 2000 for the Select Excellent....and the first year I found
the Conditional Class listed in a National catalog was 1996. In the past we
have used the conditional class also...I think the one year we entered in
Columbus there were 9 in the class.
