but we aren't comparing humans to Pitt Bulls.. I have seen dogs just like
you describe.. but watch how they behave when out of their "comfort/secure"
zone.. i.e get out of the yard and are amongst strangers..
I had a friend with a PB cross whose' husband wanted to re-home the dog
because she was trashing their yard (a small townhouse yard gone to the
dogs..) I went over.. she had 3 kids and always boosted how wonderful the
dog was "so friendly, loved people".. yeah, yeah, yeah...
We were sitting on the patio and I moved my chair to avoid the sun.. that
bitch nailed me right there..thank God I had jeans on, too bad I didn't have
a baseball bat..
She put the dog down that day...sad for her, sad for the kids, but she
realized how unpredictable she really could be..

was...and yes she got him neutered....you would look at this small woman and
not figure her to own this big muscled dog!....so you can't say why would
anyone want to own one...who knows one day I may get one......yes these dogs
far too many times end up with the wrong folks.....lets punish the
irresponsible owners....as humans we own far more destructive things than
Pitt Bulls ....have you seen the bodies on those dogs!...wish I looked like
