I appreciate all that Stormy has done for us and keeps on doing it and, yes,
if you agreed to certain rules to be a member of the list, you should abide
by it.
However, in my opinion, this reminder just came at the wrong time as we all
are mourning the loss of such a beautiful and great dog who also was a Grand
Victrix. It is just natural for us to put these feelings into words.
I am sure that Stormy realized this too as she is usually a very sensitive
and caring person.
God Speed, Bo, we all loved you. You will be missed terribly. Windy is
waiting for you.

I don't believe Stormy was talking about tributes like the one to BO.   She 
meant the simple "condolences" or "congratulations" ones.
