I totally agree I don't think Stormy was she referring to the tribute  but 
to those that constantly put Condolences and Congrats on the  list. She puts 
reminders but they seem to fall on deaf ears  for some and if you notice it 
is always the same people that  break that  rule. I don't think she deserve 
that criticism, she does a great job monitoring  the list and gets paid 
very little.LOL
