[sendcard] New sendcard extension released

Hi,
I am proud to announce the availability of the second sendcard extension:
the ImageUploader. This extension allows your visitors to use their own
images in the cards they send.

Also, look out for a final release of sendcard 3.2.0 shortly - I'm
confident that the bugs present in sendcard 3.2.0RC3 have been squashed.
