I spoke with Jack at the inventorying session and this message does indeed
represent Jack's volunteering to coordinate SAC's Luncheon at the GCSP.
Do I need approval from the board before I write Jack a check? I'm
thinking not, since the event is part of SAC's budget. But I will need
Dave's approval/appoint of Jack's position as coordinator of the event.
