According the Rollei Report 1, the Rolleiflex 3.5 "X" manufactured from 1949 to 1951 was the first Rollei TLR to have flash synch from factory, anyway the flash synch was one of the upgrades could be made at factory for Rolleicord and Rolleiflex cameras previous models.
