Hi Eric,
I'm surprised you can't just post a link to some substantive info on the
issue. Again, I'm not disputing anything you've said, but really, just
saying you have the answers and for others to do the research on their own
is really a cop-out IMO, hardly very informative much less helpful. And it
certainly does leave your position in the realm of speculation.
