Hasselblad cameras were selected because they used interchangeable
lenses and magazines, anyway they were cameras with several
modifications regarding the regular models; Hasselblad developed a
special program of reliability and safe operation of electrical
components for the cameras. Most of them used 70mm film magazines,
the SL 66 was still in development when the NASA selected the
Hasselblad.
