I just dealt with Mr. Fleenor. He is very good a repairs and accurate with
his timeframes. I would absolutely recommend him. I have a 2.8F which he
just did work on. Overhauled transport & overhauled shutter. Price was
$307 US.

I called him and arraigned for the work. He provided shipping/packing
instructions which I followed and sent the camera to him. Upon arrive he
looked the camera over and emailed me with the recommended work and cost.
Said he would start once payment arrived and it would take 8 weeks. 8 weeks
to the day after he received payment, the camera was back in my hands.

Action was crisp. All adjustments smooth and accurate. Just finished
shooting a roll of Provia 400F and the images were stunning as I expected.
As you can tell I was pleased with the results.

I have done repairs on some cameras but do not think I would do my own work
on a Rollei... Just me.

I, to, never saw your original post. Not sure why.

I'm afraid I don't have any experience with TLR repair, Rollei or otherwise.
I would recommend communication with Mr. Fleenor, as he seems to be one of
the genuine "gurus" of Rollei repair. Mind you, I do not know him
personally, or ever had contact with him. I do not know if he has a
"policy" regarding these types of communications, since he doubtless
receives many inquiries.

I have a handful of Rolleicords of my own, in various degrees of disrepair,
which intend to one day fully restore (time permitting), so I wish you the
best of success in your efforts.
