I think you are confused Ed, the Heidoscop stereo camera is a product
from Franke & Heidecke like the Rolleiflex, a Reinhold Heidecke design
mainly made from 1925 to 1927.

Simmon brothers were the Omega enlargers manufacturers, in 1953 Alfred
Simmons patented the Omega 120 camera, it was produced in 1954 and the
patent sold to Konica afterwards, Konica manufactured the Koni Omega,
an improved camera based on the Omega 120:
