I agree if you are trying to take a portrait on the minimal focusing distance 
point or very close to this point, otherwise normal Rollei TLR lenses are very 
good for portraits if you are not looking for a head study IMO.
BTW, the Rolleikin converts Rollei TLR normal lenses into terrific 
-superb-short teles for portraits.
