[real-eyes] Re: road runner status line?

Ours was down at 6:45. Question for those of you who
are totally blind: Have you discovered a way to
manually reset your cable modems independently? When
you phone Roadrunner for assistance, they can only
tell you to plug in the blue cable here, Etc., which
absolutely does not assist a person who cant
distinguish the color of the cable.
