[real-eyes] Re: credit reporting order Process

Hi,

I just tried ordering one of these through the phone number.  I sure don't 
like entrusting all this information to an automated system with no person 
to talk too or back it up.  It didn't say anything about accessible formats 
in the introduction to the call or when it described what information will 
be taken.  I hope the question about this will come at the end.  I was 
interrupted and unable to finish but, I will call back and let everyone know 
how it goes.  It would be nice to know if someone on our list has ordered an 
audio report successfully.
