Openbook is fine at higher resolutions. He would have raised it for the
flat screen. I would suggest you call Freedom and they should be able to
help you.

Hi, everyone,
I was just trying to scan an envelope but when I hit enter on openbook, it
wouldn’t read. What happened was when the guy from adaptive voice
installed C-desk for me, he changed the resolution or something on the
screen since it’s a flat screen. Could that have something to do with why
openbook isn’t working for me now? I no longer have C-desk.
