[real-eyes] can't get openbook to work

Hi, everyone,
I was just trying to scan an envelope but when I hit enter on openbook, it
wouldnâ??t read. What happened was when the guy from adaptive voice installed
C-desk for me, he changed the resolution or something on the screen since
itâ??s a flat screen. Could that have something to do with why openbook isnâ??t
working for me now? I no longer have C-desk.
