[real-eyes] appearance or windows live

I have windows live mail on an old xp desktop, plus on a laptop running windows
7. For some reason, on the laptop running windows 7 the appearance is not at
all like it is on my xp machine or on other windows 7 machines I have assisted
other people with. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it hoping to get it
back to it's default settings and no such luck. I an totally lost in this copy
of windows live mail. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can restore the
settings?
