Hi Karen,
If your friend wants to use the wifi on the bn at Starbucks, Starbucks is
not free to use the wifi.
At Starbucks that you have to buy a card that it has a special passord
before you can use. It also requires your friend to buy a drink before can
access the wifi at Starbucks. That's the policy at Starbucks.
Maybe your friend can buy a new wireless router at home to get the wifi to
hook up.
I know that sometimes when wifi at home that it needs to be turn off then
unplug and plug it back in that it must wait for at least for 2 to 5 minutes
then the wifi will be working good again.
