They didn't send you a Windows 7 box?  I thought you needed it for this 
flavor of Docuscribe?  I spoke to Juan yesterday at work, and told him of 
your woes, but that I figured you might end up keeping it out of 
frustration.

well, they sent me an XP which is a bummer.
Nothing looked out of the ordinary when I looked through USB ports in
device manager. sigh
There are 4 on the front that work, I guess I can make due with that.
Beats dealing with support and a fourth computer to mail back.
