The bad news:
These new Apple voices cannot be used with a PC in any way, they are
completely proprietary for the Mac.

The good news:
You can buy a Mac Mini for $500.
If you already have a monitor, mouse, and keyboard, you would be all set!
Why not purchase one today!

These new voices are fantastic. They are the best I've heard. I wonder if
