Hi Jim,
The playlists I've previously downloaded from Apple Music work just fine, as
does the my music area. But this morning, the for you tab listed collections of
albums, but when I clicked on one andtried to play it both on an iphone and on
an ipad mini, it wouldn't play. When I click on radio, it says "in progress",
and "loading" and never starts. I turned off wi fi on my phone, thinking that
my wi fi wasn't doing well this morning, but I got the same result. I also went
into app switcher and closed the music app and re-opened it.

I have had no instances where apple music has not been available.
Which part of apple music is not responding?
There should be five tabs across the bottom of the screen They are::
For You, New, Radio, Connect, and My Music.
I have not had any of these fail, so am curious as to what is happening with
your apple music.

I'm confident I'm not the only subscriber having difficulty with Apple Music
again this morning. But I want to confirm that others are also having
challenges. I'm seriously debating whether I actually want to pay for a service
that keeps going down.
Apple Music is fabulous when it's up. . .but recently it's been down quite a
bit.
