Hmmm...the 18th is the day of the FIA meeting in Wendover.  I've been "invited" to attend as a photographer for landracing.com.  Maybe Jean Todt will be there and I can tell him what an idiot I think he is.  :)

Here's what I've been up to:



Yesterday at the muffler shop and today getting the front end aligned.  All's good.  Except.  For that nasty noise coming from the motor.  I sure hope it's an exhaust leak.  I just got it back in the garage 30 minutes ago, so I'm gonna let it cool off for a while before I dig into it.  More info later.

I just got a call from the guy who was supposed to hand me a big check for a buncha photos today.  Turns out that he forgot to bring it with him.  So I get to go on a little bit of a drive tomorrow to deliver the prints and get the check.  Just another little wonna them "that's racing" things. 

Nietzsche said, "what doesn't kill me makes me stronger."  I think I'm in the middle of wonna those things.
