What image did you use when you made the sd card for the pi? Depending on
which image you used, it may already be booting into console mode, and if
it isn't, the process will vary for solving that problem, depending on
what you used as an image. If you used one of the raspbian images, it's
fairly simple. If you used something else, I'll need to dig around some
to figure it out, as I haven't used anything else just yet.
