What does the error look like? Are there any related messages in the web-server

Also, the CISCO switch the snmp sync tab has disappeared. 

It only appears when the object has no ports.

I have verified that snmp is working from the CLI on the server running 
racktables.  I am able to do a snmpwalk on both switches successfully.
