One of my old Kodak anastigmats that is particularly sharp has a bunch of
them.  Same thing for a huge Bausch and Lomb Telestigmat that came out of
the belly of a b-25 or b-29, I'm told.  I think Richard once explained it
being characteristic of certain types of high index glass.
