Well you might, but I would consider it unlikely.  Things with far larger 
volumes have been discontinued recently.

Now what you could do is either get the design and text you want an print that 
on some transparency film with an ink jet printer.  Put that on top of the 
regular color paper, and the paper should be dodged with your design in the 
print if you can deal with white.  If you would rather the text be dark, print 
it on regular paper and cut out the text/design.

You also might try using a paint type of pen, much like you would use to sign a 
print, and it should be archival, cheap and give you a lot of artistic options 
if you can draw.  I can't.
